Move Folders in Document Center

In the Document Center, you can drag folders with your mouse to move them into other folders. All folders will be automatically alphabetized after dragging.

Important Note:

Only users with Owner permissions Module-wide can utilize this feature.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Document CenterModules menu, Document Center.

  3. With your mouse, manually drag and drop folders into the folder you want them to be contained in Drag and drop folder.

    Note:

    To move a folder up a level in the hierarchy, drag it to the new parent folder or to the root folder (Home/Intranet) to make it a main/primary folder.

  4. View your new folder structure New folder structure.
