Properties in the Pages Module

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner

Instructions

1. Sign in to your site.

2. Select Modules, and on the Content tab, click Pages:

   

3. Select the Properties tab:

   

4. View and configure Properties:

   

   • Expiration Warning Hours (required): Number of hours to give a warning before an item expires

     Note:

     The default is 48 hours. Do not set it to a negative number or 0.

   • Send Notification Emails (required): Choose when to send a notification email. Options include Do Not Send, Send Expiring Item Emails, Send Submittal Emails, or Send Expiring and Submittal Item Emails

   • Toggle Feature Column Checkbox: Allows authors and publishers to toggle the feature column on pages

   • Was This Page Helpful Checkbox: Choose whether or not to display the "Was this page helpful" section on pages

   • Admin Name (required): Set the administrative name of the module

     Note:

     This is used in the drop-down menu and while editing the module.

   • Public Name (required): Edit the public name of the module

     Note:

     Used in navigation breadcrumb, generally displayed above the content area.

   • Allow Archive Delete (required): Allow the deletion of archived versions after the specified number of days

   • Show Archive Link Checkbox: Show the link to archives on pages

5. Click the Save Changes button:
