Properties in the Pages Module

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Select the s , then select the Content tab, and finally click Pages Modules menu with Pages selected.

  3. Select the Properties tab The tab labeled Properties at the top of the page.

  4. View and configure Properties The text entry fields and checkboxes that make up the Properties settings.

    • Expiration Warning Hours (required): Number of hours to give a warning before an item in the expires

      Note: The default is 48 hours. Do not set it to a negative number or 0.

    • Send Notification Emails (required): Choose why to send a notification email (do not send, send expiring item emails, send submittal emails, send expiring and submittal item emails)

    • Toggle Feature Column: Allows authors and publishers to toggle the feature column on pages

    • Was this page helpful: Choose whether or not to display the "Was this page helpful" section on pages

    • Admin Name (required): Set the administrative name of the

    • Public Name (required): Edit the public name of the

      Note: Used in navigation breadcrumb, generally displayed above the content area.

    • Allow Archive Delete (required): Allow the deletion of archived versions after the specified number of days

    • Show Archive Link: Show the link to archives on pages

  5. Click Save Changes at the top of the page The Save Changes button.
