Remove a RequestTracker Category

This article will show you how to delete a RequestTracker category.  

Who can use this feature?

System Administrators | Owners

Instructions

1. Sign in to your site.

2. Navigate to Modules. Select Content, then click RequestTracker:
   

3. Select the category you want to delete:

   

4. Click the Actions button:

   

5. Select Unpublish:

   

   Note:

   This will remove it from the live side of your site but keep the category so you can publish it again later.

6. Click the Actions button again. Select Delete:

   

7. Click OK on the pop-up asking, Are you sure you want to delete this form?:
