Remove a RequestTracker Category

This article will show you how to delete a RequestTracker category.  

Who can use this feature?

System Administrators | Owners

Instructions

1. Sign in to your site

2. Go to Modules > Content > RequestTracker

3. Select the category you’d like to delete

4. Click Actions and select Unpublish

   Note: This will remove it from the live side of your site, but keep the category for you to publish again later.

5. Select Actions > Delete

6. Select OK for the pop-up asking, Are you sure you want to delete this category?
