Remove Amended Label on an Agenda

This article will show you how to prevent an Agenda from being labeled Amended.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Agenda CenterModules menu with Agenda Center selected.

  3. Select the category Agenda Center Category.

  4. Select the Agendas tab Agendas tab.

  5. Click Actions next to the agenda you wish to modify Agenda actions.

  6. Select Modify Agenda modify option.

  7. Make any necessary modifications Modify agenda fields.

    • Meeting Date: Enter a date for the meeting

    • Override Posted Date and Time: Specify a date and time to override the published date/time. If left blank, the actual published date/time will display.

      • Disclaimer: Some state laws may require that you do not alter the published date/time.

    • Description: Provide a brief description

    • Link to Media (optional): Paste a link to an external site or Media Center media

      • Open in new window: Select to open the link in a new window

    • Media Type: Indicate whether the media is Video or Audio

    • File - For Agenda: View Agenda file

    • Upload File - For Minutes: Upload Minutes from your computer

      • Convert to PDF: Convert your Minutes file to a PDF

  8. Select Save at the top of the page Save buttons.

  9. Click Don't Show as Amended Don't show as amended button.

    • Don't Show as Amended: Keeps the agenda for the published date; adds a previous version to the history
