Remove Subscribers Without a Notification

This article will show you how to remove Subscribers in Agenda Center without a corresponding notification.

Important Note:

  • Agenda Center is the only module where Publishers do not have publishing permissions.

  • Modifications include adding minutes.

  • Please note this does mean it will have a new URL and therefore the link sent out with a notification (if used) will no longer work.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules > Content > Agenda CenterNavigate to the Agenda Center.

  3. Select the category that you would like to modify Select a category.

  4. Select Go to Subscribers on the right Go to subscribers button.

  5. Select the Check All button, to the far right Select checkboxes.

    Note: Alternatively, just select the boxes for individual subscribers.

  6. Click Delete Marked at the bottom of the list Delete marked button.

  7. Select OK to dismiss the Are you sure? prompt Subscriber deletion confirmation pop-up.

  8. In the next pop-up, select Cancel to the notification prompt to remove the subscribers without sending a notification Cancel for no notifications.
