Select Channel Thumbnail

This article will show you how to select a new existing thumbnail for your Channel.

Important Notes:

CivicMedia is a legacy feature. All sales after September 30, 2025, will have our new CivicPlus Video feature. If you currently use CivicMedia and are interested in upgrading to CivicPlus Video, please contact your Account Manager for more information.

Instructions

1. Sign in to your website

2. Navigate to the CivicMedia™ module:

   1. Expand the Modules menu

   2. Select the Content tab

   3. Click on CivicMedia™

3. Select a channel from the list:

4. Click Actions next to the channel header

5. Select the Modify option:

6. Click the Browse button under the Channel Thumbnail heading:

7. Select a thumbnail:

   • If you need to upload images to use as thumbnails, review our Add a New Channel Thumbnail article for more information.

8. Click the Save Changes button:
