This article will show you how to change the default view options for Community Voice.
Important Note:
Any changes made in View Options will not affect these default settings.
Who can use this feature?
System Administrator
Instructions
Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Community Voice
Select the settings icon
Set the Default View Options
Sort Ideas By
Title: Sort Ideas alphabetically
Date: Sort Ideas by date
Display Ideas
Mine: Display Ideas added by you
Flagged: Display Ideas that have been flagged
Implemented: Display Ideas that have been implemented
In Process: Display Ideas that are in process
Everything Else: Display Ideas that are under any other category
Display Initiatives
Published: Display Initiatives that are published
Draft: Display draft Initiatives
Submitted: Display Initiatives that are awaiting approval
Declined: Display Initiatives that have been declined
Results Per Page: Choose to view 25, 50, 100, or 200 photos per page
Click Save Changes
