Set the Default View Preferences in Facilities

Important Note:

Any changes made in View Options will not affect these default settings.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to s and on the Content tab, select FacilitiesFacilities URL in the Modules Content menu.

  3. Select the settings (gear) icon Settings cogwheel icon.

  4. Set the Default View OptionsThe Default View Options checkbox toggles.

    • Display Facilities: Choose the types of facilities you would like to display by default

    • Display Categories: Select the status of categories you would like to display

    • Display Reservations: Select the types of reservations to display

    • Results Per Page: Choose to view 25, 50, 100, or 200 results per page

  5. Select SaveSave button.
