Show Hidden Archives

This article will show you how to show the hidden archives in your Archive Center.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrators | Owners | Publishers | Authors

Instructions

1. Navigate to the Archive Center module
   

   1. Expand the Modules menu

   2. Select the Content tab

   3. Click the Archive Center

2. Select the category your item is in:

3. Select Show Archived

4. Set the filters:

   • Start & End Date: Set your date range

   • Start Time & End Time: Set your time range

   • Display: Choose to show only Items, Categories, or Both Categories and Items

   • Reason: Choose a reason for an item having been archived

5. Click Search

6. Select Choose an Action > Make Visible next to the desired Hidden Item
