Who can use this feature?
System Administrator | Owner | Publisher
Create a New Simple Agenda & Upload Minutes
Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, click Agenda Center

Select the category the agenda will live under

Select Add Agenda

Check Upload an agenda

Click OK in the warning modal

Enter a Meeting Date and Description

Click the Choose File button below the Upload File - For Minutes

Locate the file on your computer and click Open
Choose a Save option

Save: Will save the agenda without publishing it to the live site
Save and Publish: Will save the agenda and publish it to the live site
Publish and Add to Calendar: This will publish the agenda and add it to the calendar
Save and Preview: Will save the agenda and allow you to preview
Cancel: This will not save the agenda
Upload Minutes to an Existing Simple Agenda
Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, click Agenda Center

Select the category the agenda will live under

Click Actions for the Agenda

Click Add Minutes

Check the Upload minutes document box

Click OK in the warning modal

Click the Choose File button

Locate the file on your computer and click Open
Click a Save option

Save: Will save the agenda without publishing it to the live site
Save and Publish: Will save the agenda and publish it to the live site
