Make Your Entire Site an Intranet

An entire site can be set up as an intranet by requiring sign-in for every visitor who accesses your content. Users must be in a group with at least Reader permissions to view pages with this property enabled.

You can also set up an intranet section on your site instead.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Site Tools and select Site Properties The Site Tools gear icon, then the URL labeled Site Properties

  2. Check the Intranet Site box The checkbox toggle labeled Intranet Site

  3. Click Save Changes The button labeled Save Changes in the top right corner of page.
