Instructions

  1. Create the Intranet Group in CivicPlus Organizations The Add Group Member text entry field

    Note: Name the group appropriately to avoid confusion (example: Intranet - View Only Access). You can also add users at this time or add them later.

  2. Create a Permission Set in the HCMS for your Intranet A permission set labeled Intranet in the list of permission sets

  3. Configure the Group access level to the Intranet permission set The group access level dropdown to the right of the group names

  4. Scroll down to the Clients section and set the permission drop-downs to No Access for all clients Clients drop-downs with No Access selected

  5. When creating content or adding assets, select the Intranet option from the Permission Set drop-down The Intranet permission set selected in the Permission Set drop-down
