Create and Manage Parks

Create a Park

  1. Expand Create Other
    The button labeled Create Other with a plus sign icon.

  2. Click Create Park The button labeled Create Park.

  3. Enter the Park Name The text entry field labeled Park Name.

  4. Select the appropriate Microsite The dropdown labeled Microsite.

  5. Complete the Park Information fields

  6. Select the Park Details tab Select the Park Details tab

  7. Complete the Park Details Information

  8. Add additional content as necessary

  9. Publish the Park page

  10. Click Save The button labeled Save at the bottom of the page.

Edit a Park

  1. Navigate to the page

  2. Click Edit The button labeled Edit, at the bottom of the page, to the right of the View button.

  3. Make the necessary edits

  4. Publish the Park page

  5. Click Save The button labeled Save at the bottom of the page.

Copy a Park

  1. Navigate to the desired page

  2. Click Clone The button labeled Clone at the bottom of the page, to the right of the Revisions button.

  3. Edit the information as necessary

  4. Publish the Park page

  5. Click Save The button labeled Save at the bottom of the page.

View Park Revisions

  1. Navigate to the desired page

  2. Click Revisions The button labeled Revisions, at the bottom of the page, to the right of the Delete button and to the left of the Clone button.

  3. View the list of previous revisions The list of page revisions in the table column labeled Revision.

Revert a Park Page to a Previous Version

  1. View Park revisions

  2. Select Revert to revert the Park page to a previous version The button labeled Revert in the column labeled Operations.

  3. Select Revert to confirm the revision The larger button labeled Revert.

Publish or Unpublish a Park

  1. Navigate to the Park page

  2. Click Edit The button labeled Edit at the bottom of the page, to the right of the button labeled View.

  3. Select the Publishing tab The left-hand navigation tab labeled Publishing.

  4. Complete the Publishing options The Published toggle, Publish on, and Unpublish on options in the Publishig tab.

    • Published: Check or uncheck the box to publish or unpublish, respectively

    • Publish On: Enter or manually select a date and time to publish the event at a later date The calendar icon, and a date on the calendar.

    • Unpublish On: Enter or manually select a date and time to automatically unpublish the event

  5. Click Save The button labeled Save at the bottom of the page.

Delete a Park

Important Note

Only Site Admins can perform this function. This action cannot be undone.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the desired page

  2. Click Delete

  3. Click Delete to confirm deletion

    Note:

    This action cannot be undone

Park Information Fields

The Park Information Fields.

  • Park Name: Enter the name of the park

  • Microsite: Select the appropriate microsite

  • Summary: Enter a summary of the park, if desired Park Information Summary

    Note:

    This field is only available by clicking Edit Summary
    The URL labeled Edit Summary.

  • Body: Create the body of the park page

Park Details Information

  • Amenities: Select the amenities that the park has Park Details Amenities

  • Hours: Detail and list the hours that the park is open to the public Park Details Hours

  • Rules and Regulations: Detail and list any rules and regulations applicable to the park Park Details Rules and Regulations
