Adjust Daily Pricing

This article will show you how to adjust the Daily Pricing on a session.

Important Notes:

• You can only edit individual daily pricing dates one at a time. You cannot make bulk edits, even to daily sessions you bulk added.

• Daily Pricing is only available for Program/Class and Camps & Afterschool activity types.

• You can only enable daily pricing or weekly pricing options; choosing both will conflict with one another.

• If Daily Pricing is enabled, waitlist options will not be available.

Instructions

1. Navigate to Activities, then to Activity List

2. Expand an Activity

3. Select Edit Session (pencil icon) next to the desired session

4. Select the Daily Pricing tab

5. Click on the existing daily pricing session you want to adjust

6. Adjust the fields as necessary

   • Label: Create a custom label

   • Selected Date: Displays the date you selected

   • Price for Day: Enter the dollar amount

7. Click Save Daily Price Adjustment

8. Repeat for all sessions you want to adjust

9. Click Save Session
