Configure Weekly Pricing

Weekly pricing lets users sign up for several daily activity sessions at one price. They do not have to pay the same fee each day. This helps reduce extra transactions. It also allows you to offer deals, like a lower fee if users enroll for all five days of a session. This article explains how to set up Weekly Pricing.

Important Notes:

• This feature is only available for the Program/Class activity type.

• If Weekly Pricing is enabled, waitlist options will not be available.

Instructions

1. Navigate to Activities, then to Activity List

   

2. Locate the desired Activity or Create an Activity

3. Select Edit Session (pencil icon) next to the desired session or Create a New Session

4. Select the Pricing tab

5. Check the box next to Enable Weekly Pricing

6. Choose a Weekly Pricing Method from the drop-down list

   • Custom Date Selection: This allows you to customize the enrollment fee by day

   • Fixed Block Enrollment: This sets a fixed enrollment fee per session

7. Enter custom Fee amounts for each day

8. Choose the desired days per week for the fee from the drop-downs

   Note:

   If you select Any Scheduled Day, you may need to edit the Weekly Schedule to ensure that it aligns with weekly pricing.

9. Select Save Session

10. Your weekly pricing settings will be saved and will be reflected when users purchase sessions through the Catalog
