Create and Share Saved Views for the Facility Schedule

You can save customized Facility Schedule views to quickly return to specific filter settings without reapplying them each time. Saved views can also be shared with other staff users for easy access.

Key Details

  • Saved views can be shared with specific staff users.

  • Shared users can access the view directly from their Facility Schedule.

  • Shared views remain available even if the original creator deletes their copy.

  • Only eligible staff users appear in the share list. Users without permission access groups and super admins are excluded.

  • Shared views reflect the configuration at the time they are shared. If changes are needed, create and share a new view.

Create a Saved View Instructions

  1. Log in to Recreation Management

  2. Navigate to the Facilities tab and then select Facility Schedule

  3. Apply the desired filters. To learn more about filters, view the Facility Schedule Filters article.

  4. Click the Select or save a view drop down menu

  5. Click the Save current view option

  6. Enter a name for the view

  7. Select who the view will be available to. Select who the view will be available to. You can keep it private or make it visible to selected staff members.

    Note

    You can share a saved view with up to 50 staff users at a time.

  8. Click the Save view button

    Note

    You can have up to 25 saved views at a time.

Share a Saved View Instructions

  1. Log in to Recreation Management

  2. Navigate to the Facilities tab and then select Facility Schedule

  3. Click the Select or save a view drop down menu

  4. Under My Saved Views, locate the view you want to share

  5. Click the Share icon next to the view

  6. Use the Users drop down menu to select which staff members you want to share the view with

    Note

  7. Use the search box to find and select specific staff users

  8. Click the Share View button
