Edit Email Address on the Platform

This article will show you how to update your primary email address if your account is connected to the Platform.

Important Note:

You must have access to the new email address to change and verify the new email

Instructions

  1. Search for and select a user search user

  2. Click Edit User (pencil icon) next to the account memberedit user

    Note: Only full users are connected to the Platform. To add a child account to the Platform, you will first need to convert it to a full account.

  3. Add the new Primary Email addressprimary email

  4. If desired, update your contact Email Preferences email preferences

  5. Select Save Usersave user

  6. Click Ok on the pop-up that states Due to security concerns, the changes will not be saved in Recreation Management until they are verified. An email has been sent to [email address] to confirm these changes. confirmation popup

  7. Log in to the Platform to confirm the email change

  8. Verify the information is correct and click Confirm Changesconfirm changes

  9. A validation email will be sent to the new email address. Click on the validation email link

  10. Log back into Recreation Management with your new email address
