Invite Team Members to Join the Team Roster

For Team registrations, upon registration, there will only be a Team Manager listed on the roster and no participants. Staff can Invite Players to Join a Team Roster. Team Managers and assigned Coaches can also be allowed to Invite Players to Join a Team. Inviting players to join a team offers several advantages:

  • Players who are invited to a team must sign Waivers required to join the team.

    Note:

    Players will not be asked any prompts

  • All Team rosters will be housed in one place for easy communication for Staff and Team Managers.

  • All communication Team Managers send from the League Portal is visible to staff via the Email Batch History.

Important Notes:

Invite Team Members from the League Portal

  1. Log in to a public user account on Recreation Management.  Log In button

  2. Click the Account Button.  Account tab.

  3. On the Dashboard, the standings of the league will be displayed.  League standings on Dashboard.

  4. Select a Team to view the Team Page, League Schedule, and Tournaments.  Select team.

  5. Click Invite in the Roster section of the Team Page.  Invite button.

  6. Input the player details including First Name, Last Name, Email, and an optional Player Number and Note.  Roster invite form.

    • First Name: Insert team member's first name.

    • Last Name: Insert team member's last name.

    • Email: Insert team member's preferred email.

    • Player Number: Insert a Number for the team member. This can be changed later.

  7. Select Send Invite.Send Invite button.

    Note:

    Invited Players will receive an email invitation to join the team where they can decline or confirm the Team Invite.Respond to invitation example.

  8. Once the invite is sent, review the status of the roster invites. Internal staff users can also monitor the status of player invites from League Management. Roster List.

    Note:

    Team member will say Pending Invite until the user has accepted.

Invite Team Members from the Coaches Portal

  1. Log in to a public user account on Recreation Management.  Log In button

  2. Click the Account button.  Account tab.

  3. Click the Coach Portal tab. Coaches Portal tab.

  4. Click the Team name.  Coach Portal or Team Name Example.

  5. Locate the Roster and click Invite Invite button.

  6. Fill out the invite form. Roster Invite form.

    • First Name: Insert team member's first name.

    • Last Name: Insert team member's last name.

    • Email: Insert team member's preferred email.

    • Player Number: Insert a Number for the team member. This can be changed later.

  7. Click Send InviteSend Invite form.

    Note: Team members will say Pending invite until the user has accepted.
