Global Payments Integrated is one of the payment gateways supported by CivicPlus Payments. Following is information about the available features and how CivicPlus Payments and Global Payments Integrated work with Recreation Management.

Cards on File

Follow the instructions to Add a Card on File to a Recreation Management account. When adding a Global Payments Integrated Card on File, it will bring up a payment screen for $0.00 where you can add your card number and billing address.

Note: You can also store a bank account (ACH) as a payment method, however, it can only be saved during a transaction.

Important Note:

To increase security, CivicPlus has added managed challenges (CAPTCHA) to Payments. Before reaching the hosted payment form, users may see a security screen.

Checkout Process: Internal

Internal Cards on File

  • On the Payment screen, select the Credit/Debit option

  • If the account has a Card on File, you can select a Saved Card

  • Click Add Credit/Debit Payment

  • Select Complete Transaction

Internal eCommerce

  • On the Payment screen, select the Credit/Debit option

  • Review the Amount and click Continue to Payment

  • Save Card: This option will be selected by default, uncheck if you do not wish to save the payment method for future use.

  • Overpayment: Select if the Amount listed is higher than the Total Charges.

  • Before reaching the hosted payment form, you may see a security screen

  • Fill out the card information

  • Or, if you are using ACH, enter the bank account information

  • Click Make Payment to complete the transaction

Internal EMV

  • On the Payment screen, select the Credit/Debit option

  • Review the Amount and click Continue to Payment

  • Overpayment: Select if the Amount listed is higher than the Total Charges.

  • A screen saying Please Follow Prompts on Pin Pad Device will display; complete transaction using your EMV device

Checkout Process: Public

Public Cards on File

  • On the Payment screen, select a Saved Card from the drop-down

  • Click Submit Payment

  • Review charges and select Complete Transaction

Public eCommerce

  • On the Payment screen, review the charges and select Continue to Payment

  • Save Card: This option will be selected by default, uncheck if you do not wish to save the payment method for future use.

  • Before reaching the hosted payment form, you may see a security screen

  • Fill out the card information

  • Or, if you are using ACH, enter the bank account information

  • Click Make Payment to complete the transaction

Checkout Process: Public Mobile View

Public Mobile Cards on File

  • Click Checkout in the cart

  • On the Payment screen, select a Saved Card from the list and click Review Transaction

  • Review charges and select Complete Transaction

Public Mobile eCommerce

  • Click Checkout in the cart

  • On the Payment screen, select Continue to Payment

  • Save Card: This option will be selected by default, uncheck if you do not wish to save the payment method for future use.

  • Before reaching the hosted payment form, you may see a security screen

  • Fill out the payment details

  • Click Make Payment

Setup Steps

  • Set up your gateway accounts with Global Payments Customer Representative

  • Order your EMV hardware from your Global Payments Representative (If applicable)

  • Read through the articles in the Global Payments Integrated section

  • Set up your EMV hardware

  • Run a test transaction

  • Finish completing the setup of your Global Payments Integrated
