Punch Cards

CivicRec allows for a set number of Max Facility Scans that operate like a punch card/pass. Every time a user checks/scans into an eligible facility, CivicRec reduces the number of punches remaining on their account.

Instructions

1. If desired, enable the Organization Options setting to enforce membership expirations for punch cards

2. Create a session for the punch card

   Note: If you have not already, you must first create an activity with the Membership activity type.

3. Configure Membership Settings and set the Max Facility Scans for the punch card

4. You can view the Scans Remaining for a member's punch card on their user profile

   Note: For Family Memberships, the Scans Remaining is the total for the entire membership, not per person.
