Reserve a Facility from the Catalog

This article will show you how to use the internal Catalog to reserve a facility.

Instructions

  1. Log in to Recreation Management

  2. Navigate to the Catalog tabcatalog

  3. Search for and select an Account select user

  4. If the Account Member has any Account Alerts it will populate once you have selected the member.

  5. Once account member is added, navigate to the Catalog tab that contains your Facility catalog tab

  6. Select the Location and Facility location and facility

  7. Fill in the Make a Reservation fields make a reservation fields

    Note: These fields may vary based on facility settings.

    • Select Date: Select a date for the reservation

    • Select Rate: Choose an available rate from the drop-down

    • Select Time: If applicable, set a From and To time range

    • Recurring: Check the Repeat this Reservation? box to create a recurring reservation recurring fields

      Note: This option will only display if the facility is set up to allow recurring reservations.

      • How often?: Select Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly

        Note: If you choose to repeat Monthly, you can also determine a Relative Date. For example, you could reserve a facility every second Monday of the month. is relative date

      • Repeat Until: Set an end date for the repeating reservation

      • Repeat Every: If you chose Weekly, select the days of the week to repeat

  8. Click Add to Cart add to cart

  9. Click the Checkout buttoncheckout

  10. Fill in any prompts or waivers (these will vary based on facility)

  11. Review details on the Payment screen payment screen

    • Pay Later: You can set the full balance or a percentage (25%, 50%, or 75% of the total) of the entire cart to be due at a later date. Learn more about Pay Later.  pay later

    • + next to an item: This option can be used to add Discounts or Add-Ons add on or discount

    • Pricing Options: If needed, select the arrow next to each line item amount to set pay later and add a due date on an individual item price options

  12. Add a Payment option payment option

  13. Fill in applicable Payment information (this will vary based on the Payment option) and click Add Payment add payment

  14. Click Complete Transaction complete transaction

  15. View the receipt transaction receipt
