Set Up Public Reservation Cancellations and Fees

This article lists the tasks you need to complete to fully set up Public Reservation Cancellation and Fees.

Important Note:

Internal staff will not get an email when a public user cancels their reservation online.

Instructions

1. Enable Public Reservation Cancellations on a Facility

2. Create an Admin Fee addon type

3. Create a new Public Cancellation Fee and use the Admin Fee addon type you just created
