Add a New Constituent

To create a constituent, residents must provide a name and email or a name and phone number. Adding constituents allows for requests and conversations to be linked to that specific person. Constituent information can be added or updated at any time.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to the Constituents tab: Constituents tab.

  3. Select Add New Constituent: Add new constituent button.

  4. Within the pop-up, enter contact information: Add new constituent contact details.

    • Name: Name of the constituent

    • Email: Email of the constituent

    • Phone Number: Telephone number of the constituent

      • Mobile: Cell phone

      • Home: Home phone number

      • Work: Work phone number

      • Other: Number of a different type provided

  5. Click the Save button: Add New Constituent Save Button
