Add a New Constituent

To create a constituent, residents must provide a name and email or a name and phone number. Adding constituents allows for requests and conversations to be linked to that specific person. Constituent information can be added or updated at any time.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to the Constituents tab: User interface of a CRM system with the Constituents tab highlighted.

  3. Select Add New Constituent: The Add New Constituent button on the Constituents tab is highlighted.

  4. Within the pop-up, enter contact information:The Add New Constituent pop-up window with fields for Name, Email, and Phone Number.

    • Name: Name of the constituent

    • Email: Email of the constituent

    • Phone Number: Telephone number of the constituent

      • Mobile: Cell phone

      • Home: Home phone number

      • Work: Work phone number

      • Other: Number of a different type provided

  5. Click the Save button:The Add New Constituent pop-up window with the Save button highlighted.
