Tags can be created from the Tags section of the Conversations admin navigation. Once you've created them, your Tags will appear in the dropdown options of the header panel of a Conversation detail when you click "+Tag". You can also filter out Conversations by Tags.
Create a Tag
Click the Profile Icon and select Manage Organization:
Select Tags from the left-hand menu:
Click Add Tag:
Name your tag:
Note:
The Enabled box must be checked for the Tag to be active.
Click Create:
Edit a Tag
Click the Profile Icon and select Manage Organization:
Select Tags from the left-hand menu:
Click the Action Menu and then Edit next to a tag:
Make the desired edits:
Name: The name of the Tag
Enabled: Check this box to enable the tag.
Click Update:
Delete a Tag
A Tag must not be in use to be deleted. The Tag must be removed from all Conversations before it can be deleted.
Important Note
Deleted tags cannot be recovered. They must be remade. View the Create a Tag section of this article to revisit tag creation.
Click the Profile Icon and click Manage Organization:
Select Tags from the left-hand menu:
Click the Action Menu related to the tag you wish to remove, and select Delete:
Click OK on the confirmation pop-up:
