Enable or Disable a Tag

Tags are useful in organizing Conversations around similar topics or themes. You can find your organization's Tags in the Tags panel of organization management.

Enable a Tag

A Tag must be enabled to be added to a Conversation. An enabled Tag will display true in the Enabled column.

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Click the Profile Icon and select Manage Organization:The User Profile dropdown menu with the Manage Organization option highlighted.

  3. Select Tags from the left-hand menu:The Manage Organization Screen with the Tags menu option highlighted.

  4. Click the Action Menu (three-dot icon) and then Enable:The Tags screen with an Action menu expanded and the Enable option highlighted.


Disable a Tag

Disabling a Tag prevents it from being added to a Conversation. A disabled Tag will display false in the Enabled column. A disabled tag must be enabled to be used.

  1. Sign in to your site
