Tags are useful in organizing Conversations around similar topics or themes. You can find your organization's Tags in the Tags panel of organization management.
Enable a Tag
A Tag must be enabled to be added to a Conversation. An enabled Tag will display true in the Enabled column.
Click the Profile Icon and select Manage Organization
Select Tags from the left-hand menu
Click the Action Menu (three-dot icon) and then Enable
Disable a Tag
Disabling a Tag prevents it from being added to a Conversation. A disabled Tag will display false in the Enabled column. A disabled tag must be enabled to be used.
Click the Profile Icon and click Manage Organization
Select Tags from the left-hand menu
Click the Action Menu (three-dot icon) and then Disable
