Enable a Channel
Enabling a channel will allow it to be used for Conversations. An enabled channel will display true in the Enabled column.
Click the Profile Icon and click Manage Organization:

Select Channels from the left-hand menu:

Click the Action Menu (three dots) for your desired channel:

Click Enable:

Disable a Channel
Disabling a channel will prevent it from being used for Conversations. A channel can be re-enabled at any time. A disabled channel will display false in the Enabled column.
Note:
A channel with an auto-assignee setup cannot be disabled. The auto assignee needs to be removed first.
Click the profile icon and then Manage Organization:

Select Channels from the left-hand menu:

Click the Action Menu (three-dot icon) for your desired channel:

Click Disable:
