Enable a Channel
Enabling a channel will allow it to be used for Conversations. An enabled channel will display true in the Enabled column.
Click the Profile Icon and click Manage Organization
Select Channels from the left-hand menu
Click the Action Menu (three dots) for your desired channel
Click Enable
Disable a Channel
Disabling a channel will prevent it from being used for Conversations. A channel can be re-enabled at any time. A disabled channel will display false in the Enabled column.
Note:
A channel with an auto-assignee setup cannot be disabled. The auto assignee needs to be removed first.
Click the profile icon and then Manage Organization
Select Channels from the left-hand menu
Click the Action Menu (three-dot icon) for your desired channel
Click Disable
