After a SeeClickFix 311 CRM Request has been integrated with CentralSquare Enterprise Asset Management (formerly known as Lucity), the status is automatically changed to Acknowledged, and a customizable system message is added as a comment to the SeeClickFix 311 CRM Request.
The following are customizable:
The name of the "user" who will make the automatic message. Typically, this is simply the name of the organization: City of New Haven, for example.
The message submitted as a comment can also be customized. This is initially customized during the Integration Configuration period, and any changes thereafter can be sent to Support or to your Customer Success Manager.
