Comment on a Work Request in CentralSquare EAM

Public comments within a CentralSquare Enterprise Asset Management (formerly known as Lucity) Work Request can be submitted and sent to the SeeClickFix 311 CRM Request to keep the resident updated.

There is only one way to submit a comment to a Work Request in CentralSquare Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), but there are two types of “visibility” for that comment: Publicly Available or not. This is indicated by using the Publicly Available toggle when creating a new comment.

Instructions

  1. To make a comment that will be sent to SeeClickFix 311 CRM and shown publicly on the SeeClickFix 311 CRM Request, expand the Work Request

  2. Select the Work Requests Comments tab

  3. Click the + (green plus) to add a new comment

  4. Compose your comment and make sure to toggle on Publicly Available

  5. Click one of the Save buttons in the top left-hand corner
