Released Enhancements

Request Submission Flow Starting at Photo Upload

The SeeClickFix 311 CRM system now provides the ability to start the request submission flow on an organization’s portal from an image upload. This means the request process will start at the screen to upload an image attachment, then flow through the other steps of category selection, address, and additional information.

This new setting has been added for Owners to utilize in the Embed page of the Manage Organization controls.

Report starting from an image option in the Starting Page drop-down.

“Summary / Title” Field Updates on Recategorization

The Summary / Title Field on SeeClickFix 311 CRM requests will now be updated to reflect the new category when a request is recategorized. Previously, if a request was recategorized, this field was not updated, leading to discrepancies and confusion of different views. This also impacted when a request was integrated with an external system that used this field instead of the service request category field.

In the API, this is the “Summary” field. In data exports, this is the column named “Summary.”

Requests recategorized on or after December 18, 2025, will reflect this change. This change is not retroactive and does not impact prior requests that were recategorized.

CivicPlus Staff Portal and SeeClickFix 311 CRM Applications

The Staff Portal service provides a central repository of applications, users, and groups for CivicPlus customers. Applications are the CivicPlus products associated with an Organization.

All SeeClickFix 311 CRM customers will see the accurate SeeClickFix 311 CRM application reflected in the Staff Portal. This is now automatically synced between the two systems, which had previously been manually updated.

This also enables easy navigation across CivicPlus products that have the Application Switcher visible in the menu. SeeClickFix 311 CRM has additional feature development on the roadmap to enable the application switcher in the navigation.

If the organization has a sandbox account for SeeClickFix 311 CRM, this will also be reflected in the list as a separate application.

Anonymous Submissions with Multiple Photos

Anonymous request submissions can now include multiple photo attachments across Web and Mobile Apps.

Previously, anonymous submissions were limited to a single photo due to a validation check in the photo upload flow. That restriction has been removed, allowing residents to attach multiple photos when submitting a request anonymously.

When multiple photos are included:

  • The first photo appears as the primary request attachment.

  • Additional photos are added as comments on the request.
