Enable a Templated Message

A Templated Message cannot be used in Conversations unless it is enabled. An enabled Templated Message will display true in the Enabled column.

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Click the Profile Icon and select Manage OrganizationProfile icon menu, manage organization.

  3. Select Templated Messages from the left-hand menu Left-hand menu, templated messages tab.

  4. Click the Action Menu and then Enable for your desired Templated Message Action menu drop-down, enable.


Disable a Templated Message

Disabling a Templated Message prevents it from being used as a response to conversations. A disabled Templated Message will display false in the Enabled column. A Templated Message must be enabled to be used.

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Click the Profile Icon and select Manage OrganizationProfile icon menu, manage organization.

  3. Select Templated Messages from the left-hand menu Left-hand menu, templated messages tab.

  4. Click the Action Menu and then Disable for your desired Templated Message Action menu drop-down, disable.
