Enable/Disable Anonymous Reporting

Prev Next

Organizations can enable or disable anonymous reporting for individual categories or agencies.

We recommend, as a best practice, that if the organization disables anonymous reporting, it should also disable guest reporting.

Important Notes

  • Categories will be set to anonymous reporting by default.

  • The agency setting will not impact existing categories created under that agency.

  • When anonymous reporting is disabled, it will remove the ability to select reporting as anonymous on the web portal, CRM new request form, iOS (version 5.15.0), and Android (version 6.6.0.4692) mobile apps. For older versions of the mobile apps, the user will get an error that the category does not allow anonymous reporting.
