Users with permission to edit agencies and categories can export request category configurations.
The individual configuration export makes it easy to review, back up, or share category setup details. The all-agency export gives users an organization-wide view of request types, category settings, and custom questions.
Export an Individual Agency/Category Configuration
Navigate to the User Profile, then select Manage Organization:

Select Request Categories:

Click the Actions menu (three-dot icon) to the right of the desired agency, then click Export to YAML:

A YAML file with the category configuration for the selected agency will be downloaded to your device
Export Category Configuration for All Agencies
Navigate to the User Profile, then select Manage Organization:

Select Request Categories:

Click Export All Categories:

A YAML file with the category configuration for all agencies will be downloaded to your device
Convert Request Category YAML Exports to CSV for Review
Category configuration exports download as YAML files. If users want to review the data in a spreadsheet, they can use a YAML-to-CSV conversion tool outside of SeeClickFix 311 CRM. AI tools may also help reformat YAML for spreadsheet review, but users should verify the output before relying on it.
