Flag a Request

Flagging a request provides the ability to engage the SeeClickFix 311 CRM Moderations Team to review inappropriate content.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to the Requests tab:The CRM home page, with the Requests Tab highlighted.

  3. Select the request you wish to flag:The home screen with a Pothole request highlighted for selection.

  4. Select the Flag icon:An opened request with the Flag button highlighted.

  5. Enter the problematic nature of the content or select a Common Problem from the available list:The Report Abuse on Request pop-up window with the comment field highlighted.

    Note:

    It is strongly encouraged to include an email address so that SeeClickFix 311 CRM can contact you if we have questions and so we know this is being flagged by an official user.

  6. Click Report:The Report Abuse on Request pop-up window with the Report button highlighted.
