Flag a Request

Flagging a request provides the ability to engage the SeeClickFix 311 CRM Moderations Team to review inappropriate content.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to the Requests tabThe CRM home page, with the Requests Tab highlighted.

  3. Select the request you wish to flagExample request.

  4. Select the Flag iconFlag icon.

  5. Enter the problematic nature of the content or select a Common Problem from the available listProblem content fields.

    Note:

    It is strongly encouraged to include an email address so that SeeClickFix 311 CRM can contact you if we have questions and so we know this is being flagged by an official user.

  6. Click ReportReport button.
