Flagging a request provides the ability to engage the SeeClickFix 311 CRM Moderations Team to review inappropriate content.
Instructions
Navigate to the Requests tab
Select the request you wish to flag
Click Full page view
Select the Flag icon
Enter the problematic nature of the content or select a Common Problem from the available list
Note:
It is strongly encouraged to include an email address so that SeeClickFix 311 CRM can contact you if we have questions and so we know this is being flagged by an official user.
