Export Requests Data

This article will show you how to get an exported spreadsheet (.CSV or .XLSX) of data pertaining to requests you've selected. Once exported, learn how to Understand the Request Export's Data.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to the Requests tab:The CRM home page, with the Requests Tab highlighted.

  3. Select your search/filter criteria:The Requests tab's List View section with filters to narrow searching.

    Note:

    The default filters in the system do not include Archived issues or requests in categories that have been disabled. If you want to include these types of issues in the export, you will need to select them in the filters.

  4. Click Export Requests:The Export Requests button highlighted on the Requests tab.

  5. Click Confirm in the confirmation pop-up window:The Confirm Export dialog window with the Confirm button highlighted.

  6. A pop-up will appear with the option to export the data as a .CSV or an .XLSX spreadsheet. Selecting a format will automatically download the file:The Exporting Data pop-up window with the file formats (.CSV and .XLSX) highlighted.

  7. The system will also send you an email with the download options:The email notification that a SeeClickFix data export is ready for download with buttons to download in .XLSX or .CSV formats.
