This article will show you how to get an exported spreadsheet (.CSV or .XLSX) of data pertaining to requests you've selected. Once exported, learn how to Understand the Request Export's Data.
Instructions
Navigate to the Requests tab:

Select your search/filter criteria:

Note:
The default filters in the system do not include Archived issues or requests in categories that have been disabled. If you want to include these types of issues in the export, you will need to select them in the filters.
Click Export Requests:

Click Confirm in the confirmation pop-up window:

A pop-up will appear with the option to export the data as a .CSV or an .XLSX spreadsheet. Selecting a format will automatically download the file:

The system will also send you an email with the download options:
