Flag Comments on the Public SeeClickFix 311 CRM Page

If you identify one or more comments that should be reviewed by our moderations team, these can be individually flagged by viewing the request on the public side of SeeClickFix 311 CRM.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to the Requests tabRequests tab.

  3. Select the desired requestExample request.

  4. Click on the Request ID number in the top right-hand corner of the map to view the request on the public pageRequest ID number.

  5. Scroll down to the Comments section and select the Flag next to the desired comment Comment flag button.

    Note:

    This will report the comment to our Moderations team.
