Identify Stalled Issues for Integrations

There are two ways to identify stalled issues.

Request List Filter

The first option is to create a saved filter in the request list of the CRM to view requests that are integrated and in Open status. This provides a list of requests that have failed to integrate (are stalled). Refer to the Save a Search on the Request List article to get started.

Note:
You will also need to select all categories that are integrated.

Recurring Data Export

The second option is to create a recurring daily data export of all open requests. This generates a daily email with an Excel document of any requests that are stalled.  Please refer to the Recurring Data Export article to help get you started.

Note:

The limitations here are that it only includes requests that are less than 40 days old and requests that are in enabled categories, which means any request older than 40 days or in a disabled category would not show up in export.
