Improved Portal User Account and Navigation Menu

The SeeClickFix 311 CRM web portal has improved the user account and navigation menu. User specific menu items are now in their own are on the navigation, which adds a new link to "Preferences." Help menu items are now available under a clearer question mark icon.

Report Improvement | Request source showing as "Other" (as opposed to "Imported") for Bulk Imports

Reported method on the request details and reports has been updated to identify imported requests. "Other" will no longer be a categorization for imported request.Reports tab Imported Requests listed.

Improved Addresses on Integrated Requests with OpenGov EAM (previously known as Cartegraph OMS)

The address entered on request within SeeClickFix 311 CRM will now follow the request to OpenGov Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) without any discrepancies. All configurations have been updated to the latest version of this integration.

Integration with Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management (HxGN EAM)

SeeClickFix 311 CRM now provides a productized, hosted integration with Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management (HxGN EAM).

With the integration, requests are instantly routed and passed from SeeClickFix 311 CRM into HxGN EAM with a two-way integration. When a resident submits a request, it is automatically sent to HxGN EAM for the organization's personnel to manage with their normal workflow. The integration enables SeeClickFix 311 CRM to periodically poll HxGN EAM for changes to the request and update it accordingly.

The integration features include:

  • Submitting requests into HxGN as a Work Order

  • Submitting images and comments to HxGN

  • Checking for updating on status in HxGN and then updating status in SeeClickFix 311 CRM

  • Submitting comments from HxGN into SeeClickFix 311 CRM
