Removal of Secondary Email Address(es) for CivicPlus Authentication Users

With the migration to utilize CivicPlus CivicPlus Authentication (CivicPlus Single Sign-On), SeeClickFix 311 CRM users will no longer be able to have more than one email address. The email address used to log in to SeeClickFix 311 CRM will be required to match the email address used to log in to CivicPlus CivicPlus Authentication.

On Wednesday, September 24, 2025, we will remove any additional emails from a user account that is already integrated to use CivicPlus CivicPlus Authentication. For most users, there will be no impact with this change. This will only impact a very small percentage of users.

If users that logged into SeeClickFix 311 CRM with a different email than when they were redirected to authenticate with CivicPlus CivicPlus Authentication, they will now need to use the email used on CivicPlus CivicPlus Authentication when logging into SeeClickFix 311 CRM.

This change will first be rolled out on the sandbox (int.seeclickfix.com) on Thursday, September 11, 2025. Then production will be updated on September 24.
