Top Conversations By Sentiment Uses
Agencies will be able to see what types of posts lead to either positive or negative sentiment. Communications teams can look back to see what types of content are connecting with their followers as well as areas where improvements can be made. Results can be viewed on a month-by-month basis and can be shared with senior personnel, showing the impact of social media on the agency.
