Create and Manage Query Layouts

Layouts can be used to save preferences such as which columns are visible, the order of fields, and what assets are displayed. These layouts can be saved individually or shared with your organization.

Create a New Layout

  1. Filter and select a Query

  2. Click the Query Layout button
    Query Layout button.

  3. Click New
    New Layout button.

  4. Type a Name for the layout
    New Layout button.

  5. Select Private or Share with
    Private or Share with Layout options.

    • Private: Create a layout only you can see

    • Share: Choose people within your organization to share the layout with

  6. Click Save
    Save layout button.

Load a Layout

  1. Filter and select a Query

  2. Click the Query Layout button
    Query Layout button.

  3. Select a layout
    Layout selection.

  4. Click the Load Layout button
    Load Layout button.
