CivicPlus Portal Alerts & Notifications allows users to manage Web Central / Evolve, Agenda and Meeting Management Select, and Mass Notification subscriptions from one location. Users can manage their subscriptions under the Alerts, Notifications, and Weather Alerts tabs.
Notifications
The Notifications tab includes the following CivicPlus products:
- Agenda and Meeting Management Select
- Web Central Notify Me
- Web Evolve (HCMS)

Alerts
The Alerts tab includes management for Mass Notifications subscription lists. The channels used to send alerts are set up by the organization. The tab highlights Default channels at the top and other channels are grouped below. Users can configure phone preferences during the sign-up process. They will receive notifications when alerts are sent from those channels.

Weather Alerts
The Weather Alerts tab includes management for Mass Notifications' weather alert lists. The settings for these lists are shared with Alerts. Alert channels are determined by severity and availability. Users can configure phone preferences during the sign-up process. They will receive notifications when weather alerts are sent from those channels.
