The Agenda Fields page displays the agenda fields established as Custom Data for the selected agenda's Meeting Type.
When you create a new agenda, the content in its agenda fields is copied from the Meeting Type’s Default Text. You can then update the content for the current agenda as needed.
Agenda fields can be used to populate information throughout an agenda, including the header, footer, and body.
This article explains how to view the Agenda Fields page and describes the information available in the Details section.
Important Notes
You must have the “View: Agenda Fields” permission enabled in your Security Profile to view Agenda Fields pages.
You can only access a meeting’s Agenda Fields page if Custom Data has already been established for the associated Meeting Type. Otherwise, Agenda Fields does not appear in the Meeting module's View menu.
Changes to Default Text apply only to agendas created after the changes are saved.
Agenda fields support merge tags. Avoid adding unnecessary spaces before or after merge tags, as this can affect formatting.

Agenda Fields Details
The Details section contains the Custom Data fields for the selected agenda's Meeting Type.

Depending on your organization's setup, these fields can be used for:
Meeting notices
Disclosure language
Organization information
Cover pages
Summary sections
Templated tables
Appointment and reappointment information
Other custom agenda content
Some agenda fields are required, while others are optional. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

You can click inside a field to edit its content. This also displays the Text Formatting and Paragraph Formatting tools, which you can use to change the appearance of the text.

Changes made to agenda fields only affect the current agenda. To change the default values for future agendas, update Default Text for the Meeting Type.
Note:
If an agenda field uses information from a field that has been hidden in Custom Data, editing the visible field may overwrite or remove the hidden field's information.
You can also use Version History to track changes and versions of a field's content.
