Upload Media for On-Demand Playback

This article will show you how to manually upload audio and video files so users can access past meeting recordings on demand.

Important Note

Video recordings and audio files must be linked to an event in the system. Learn how to create a one-time or recurring event.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your solution if you have not already

  2. Navigate to the Events module:

    The Events module button in the dashboard's left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Select the event associated with the desired meeting:

    Note:

    If you are unable to locate your event, ensure your event filters are set to past events.

  4. Navigate to the View menu and click the Event Media option from the dropdown list:

  5. Scroll to the Media File section and click the Upload button (cloud and up-arrow icon):

  6. Drag and drop a file onto the Upload field, or click the Upload field and select a file from your computer's File Explorer:

    Note:

    The File must be in MP4 (video) or MP3 (audio) format.

  7. Click the Upload button:

  8. View the uploaded media for the event in the Media File section:

    Note:

    Uploaded media files save automatically.
