Add an Item to an Agenda

This article will show you how to add items to your Agenda.

Important Note:

You can only add approved items to an Agenda.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules then Content and then Agenda Center:The Modules drop-down menu expanded, on the Content tab with the Agenda Center highlighted.

  3. Select a Category with Approved Items:The back-end of the Agenda Center module with the Arts & Humanities Board category highlighted.

  4. Add or Modify an Agenda:The Add Agenda button and Modify menu item of the Agenda Center, highlighted.

  5. Drag and drop items to build the Agenda:The Agenda Center module with an Approved Item to be drag-and-dropped to add it to an agenda.

  6. Choose Save or Save and Send if subscribers are allowed:An agenda open for modification with the Save and Save and Send buttons highlighted.
