Add Photos in the Content Photo Gallery

This article will show you how to add photos from the Content Photo Gallery. You can also add photos using the Live Edit Photo Gallery.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Photo Gallery:

  3. Select the album you want to add photos to on the right-hand side:

  4. Click the Add Photo(s) button:

  5. Locate the folder you want to add photos to:

    Note:

    If you need to create a folder, reference Add a Photo Folder.

  6. Select the checkbox(es) for the images you wish to upload:

  7. Click the Insert Marked button:

  8. Photos appear in the album. Complete the fields in the pop-up window:

    • Photo Name: Title of photo

    • Alt Text: Descriptive text for accessibility and will appear or be read to those who cannot see the image

    • Caption: Enter a caption for the photo

    • Start Display: Date the image will appear publicly

    • Stop Display: Date the image will disappear from public view

  9. Click the Save and Publish All button:

    Note:

    The photo is now available to the public. To save the images without publishing them, click the Save All button.
