Assign Users to a Request Tracker Form via Forms Module

This article will show you how to add users to a RequestTracker form in the Forms module. You can also add them directly in the Request Tracker module.

Important Note:

You can assign users to a RequestTracker form, which will alert them of submissions.

System Administrators | Owner | Publisher

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules > Content > FormsModules menu, content tab, with Forms selected.

  3. Select the RequestTracker category Select a category on the Forms screen.

  4. Select your desired form Select a form.

  5. Open the Assigned To drop-down to select a user Assigned To field drop-down.

    Note: For RequestTracker forms, you must activate the user to see them in this drop-down.

  6. Enter email addresses into the CC Email ListCC Email List textbox.

    Note:

    You must separate multiple email addresses with a semicolon.The CC list will only send an email to the email address to notify the recipient that there is a request, the recipients will not be able to close the ticket or modify it unless they are set as active users on the RequestTracker module. If they are, they will be notified and then they can go to the RequestTracker module back-end and manage the request.

  7. Click SaveSave button in the top right corner of the screen.
