Associate Related RequestTracker Tickets (New CRT)

In the RequestTracker module, you are able to associate submitted tickets together that are similar. This allows you to easily monitor all related tickets.

Important Note:

All sales after July 1, 2020 will have this new version of Citizen RequestTracker (CRT™). If your contract started before this date, please view the information for the original CRT package.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrators | Owners

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > RequestTrackerModules menu, content tab, with RequestTracker selected.

  2. Open your desired Request Type Select a request type.

  3. Find the original ticket and make note of the Ticket NumberRequest ticket number

  4. On the related ticket, click ActionsActions button

  5. Select View DetailsRequest actions menu, view details

  6. Scroll down to below the Map display and in the Associated Requests field, enter the Original Ticket Number Associated requests ticket number box

  7. Click Associate Associate button

  8. Your screen should refresh, and you will not have to save List of associated requests.

    Note: You will see the association on your other ticket as well.
