In the RequestTracker module, you are able to associate submitted tickets together that are similar. This allows you to easily monitor all related tickets.
Important Note:
All sales after July 1, 2020 will have this new version of Citizen RequestTracker (CRT™). If your contract started before this date, please view the information for the original CRT package.

Navigate to Modules > Content > RequestTracker

Open your desired Request Type

Find the original ticket and make note of the Ticket Number

On the related ticket, click Actions

Scroll down to below the Map display and in the Associated Requests field, enter the Original Ticket Number

Click Associate

Your screen should refresh, and you will not have to save

Note: You will see the association on your other ticket as well.
