You can create custom field sets for your Registration Forms in Activities. Field Sets are groups of fields that you can add to a form at one time.
Create Field Sets
Who can use this feature?
System Administrator | Owner | Publisher | Author
Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Activities:
Select the Field Sets tab:
Click Add Field Set:
Create a name for your field set (such as Address or Phone Number):
Drag and drop fields into the field area to add them to the field set:
Field Types
Short Answer: Will allow for a short answer (Character limit of 999 characters)
Long Answer: Will allow for a long answer (Character limit of 9,999 characters)
Checkboxes: Will allow you to add an unlimited number of checkbox options to choose from
Dropdown: This will allow you to add an unlimited number of drop-down options to choose from
Radio Buttons: Will allow you to add unlimited radio button options to choose from
Section Break: Will add a section break to the form
Reply Email: Will allow a reply email to be entered
Page Break: Will add a page break to separate the form
Date/Time: Will allow a date/time on the form
File Upload: Will allow files to be uploaded
Image: Will allow an image to be added
Link: Will allow the addition of a link
Text: Will allow for a text section
Field Sets
Will appear with existing field sets you can add
When you add a field type, configure those properties as well:
Note: Properties will vary depending on the field type.
Label: Create a name for the field type
Instructions: Add instructions
Width: Select a width (part of the field area they take up)
Required: Select to make this field type a required selection
Max Length: Enter a maximum character length
Limit width to max length: Click to make the width dependent on the max character length.
Placeholder: Add text in the box (possibly instructions) that will go away as soon as you click into the field
For Radio Buttons, Checkboxes, and Dropdown
Options: Add an option and click + to add to the field:
Click Save Changes:
Click Save or Save and Make Active:
Save: Saves changes, but the field set is not available for use
Save and Make Active: Saves changes, and the field set becomes available for use
Modify Field Sets

Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Activities:
Select the Field Sets tab:
Click Actions next to your desired field set:
Select Modify:
Modify the field set:
Name: Edit the name of the field set
Field Types and Field Sets: Drag and drop into the empty space

Click Save or Save and Make Active:
Save: Will save the changes without making them active
Save and Make Active: Will save and make active (will only appear if the field set is currently inactive)
Save and Submit: Will save your work and submit it for approval (this option will appear for Authors only)
Delete Field Sets
You must make field sets inactive before you can delete them.

Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Activities:
Select the Field Sets tab:
Check the field sets you want to delete:
Click the box next to Field Sets to choose all field sets
Expand Bulk Actions:
Click Delete:
Respond OK to the Are you sure you want to delete the selected items? pop-up:
