Delete or Modify a CivicSend Message

This article will show you how to delete a CivicSend Message.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner

Delete Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to the Modules tab, select Content, and then CivicSend CivicPlus Municipal Websites Central interface showing navigation from modules to content to CivicSend.

  6. Reply Delete on the pop-up that asks Are you sure you want to continue?Confirmation dialog asking to delete a message with the Delete button highlighted.

Modify Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to the Modules tab, select Content, and then CivicSend

  3. Select the Messages tab in the navigation bar

  4. Click the Actions icon

  5. Select Modify

  6. Edit the Message as needed, to see all the details of sending a message in CivicSend review the Send a Message in CivicSend article.

  7. Click Continue through each step as you edit the message
    A button labeled 'CONTINUE' is highlighted for user navigation on the webpage.

  8. When the message is complete click the Send Now button
