This article will show you how users can edit their Profile Settings.
Important Note:
This allows staff and residents to edit the profiles that they create and does not pertain to website editors.
Who can use this feature?
System Administrator | Owner | Publisher | Author
Edit Your Profile Settings
Click the My Account button:

Note:
The My Account button may look different based on your website's design and layout.
Click the Settings link:

Edit your setting fields:

First Name (Required): Your first name
Last Name (Required): Your last name
Email (Required): The email address you want to associate with your account
Display Name: Choose what to publicly display as your username
Make My Profile Private: When enabled/checked, your profile is hidden from the public
Note:
Public profiles can participate in Community Voice and contribute to public forums. If your profile is marked as private, you can not participate in public forums.
About Me: A brief description of who you are (500 character limit)
Photo: A profile picture for your account
Review the Profile Picture section for more information
Shipping Address: Your mailing address
Review the Shipping Addresses section for more information
Click the Save button:

Profile Pictures
Add a Profile Picture
Click the My Account button:

Click the Settings link:

Click the Choose Your Own button:

Click the Choose File button:

Locate the image on your computer:

Click the Open button:

Verify the correct image is selected by reviewing the file name:

Click the Save button:

Replace a Profile Picture
Click the My Account button:

Locate the new image on your computer:

Click the Open button:

Verify the new picture's file name:

Click the Save button:

Remove a Profile Picture
Click the My Account button:

Click the Don't Display a Profile Photo button:

Click the Save button:

Shipping Addresses
Add a Shipping Address
Click the My Account button:

Note:

Click the Add Address button:

Edit the information fields:

Make this your default address: If there are multiple addresses on your profile, this checkbox makes the address your primary address
Name (Required): Your first and last name
Address (Required):
Street: The first street name and building number for your primary address, such as 23 Main Street
City: The name of the city or town the address belongs to
State: The abbreviation of the state you live in
Zip: The postal code for the address listed
Contact Phone (Required): A phone number that is associated with the address
Click the Save Address button:

Click the Save button:

Edit a Shipping Address
Click the My Account button:

Click the Edit button:

Update the information fields, as needed:

Make this your default address: If there are multiple addresses on your profile, this checkbox makes the address your primary address

Delete a Shipping Address
Click the My Account button:

On the pop-up message, click the OK button to confirm deletion of the address:

Click the Save button:
